RESILIENCE AND EMPOWERMENT FOR FIRST RESPONDERS AND THE COMMUNITY

Hi, we’re Cindy and Andrea - registered mental health providers in Ottawa, ON.  Our passion for clinical work and making a difference is what connected us.  Beyond being business partners, colleagues and good friends, we strive to provide our community with evidence-based psychotherapy, a safe space to feel heard and a commitment to your well-being.

Our strong personal and professional knowledge and connections have influenced our practices to focus on First Responder and Military populations. Our therapeutic approaches are derived from our extensive trauma training and years of experience. Our practices focus on the therapeutic relationships, creating room for change, and working collaboratively to meet your goals.
